Brooklyn Lager.jpg

Brooklyn Lager

Brooklyn Lager is amber-gold in colour and displays a firm malt centre supported by a refreshing bitterness and floral hop aroma. Caramel malts show in the finish. The aromatic qualities of the beer are enhanced by “dry-hopping”, the centuries-old practice of steeping the beer with fresh hops as it undergoes a long, cold maturation.

The result is a wonderfully flavourful beer, smooth, refreshing and very versatile with food. Dry hopping is largely a British technique, which we’ve used in a Viennese-style beer to create an American original.

San Miguel

Pilsner-style | ABV: 5%

San Miguel is a pilsner-style lager, golden yellow in colour with reflections of old gold. On the nose, it offers hints of smoke against a background of grains. On the palate, it is balanced, toasted, of medium bitterness with prevailing subtle toasting of the barley. The medium persistence aftertaste holds echoes of liquorice.

European Pale Lager  | ABV 4%

At Carlsberg, the pursuit of better beer is in our DNA. More than 100 years after our founder J.C. Jacobsen mastered the art of brewing great Pilsner, we're still looking for ways to improve our beer. Our perfectly balanced Danish Pilsner is wonderfully crisp and refreshing, with a full flavour and a distinctive hoppy aroma. Skål!
